Tools

  • The Composer: draw a stack on a canvas, see its monthly cost, and apply it in order. An optional AI assistant drafts a stack from a description.
  • A REST API with project-scoped tokens.
  • Teams with organizations, projects, roles, an activity log and two-factor authentication.
  • Per-server monitoring graphs for CPU, disk and network.

Why Frankfurt and Germany

Frankfurt am Main sits near the centre of Western Europe and is one of the continent's largest internet hubs. A server there reaches users across Germany and the rest of Europe with low latency, which makes one location a sensible home for most European projects.

Germany also keeps the data inside the EU. For anyone who handles personal data under the GDPR, that removes the question of international transfers for the data stored on the servers. Read GDPR hosting in Germany and the privacy policy, or see Frankfurt and VPS in Germany.

How billing works

Wolkra keeps billing simple and predictable:

  • Prepaid balance. Add credit first; usage is deducted from it, so there is no surprise invoice.
  • Per started hour, capped monthly. Try a server for an hour and pay for an hour. Keep it all month and pay the monthly price, never more.
  • No traffic bill. Traffic is unmetered, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one.
  • No contracts, no setup fees.
  • Card or crypto. Pay by card through Stripe, or with USDT (TRC-20) or TRX on TRON. Automatic top-up by card is optional.
  • Warnings before anything stops. Low-balance emails come first, then a grace period, then servers are stopped, and deletion happens only after a final notice.

Prices are in EUR without VAT. See pricing, payment methods and billing and balance.

How support works

Support runs through tickets in the console and email at [email protected]. Tickets keep the full history with your account and resources in one place. The console also has a status page for service updates.

For self-help, the docs cover the console and API, the guides cover Linux server skills, and the FAQ answers common questions.

Security and responsibility

  • The data center is in Germany. Emails are sent through AWS in Frankfurt, card payments go through Stripe, and Cloudflare protects the website and console, as listed in the privacy policy.
  • Accounts support two-factor authentication, session review and fine-grained roles.
  • Abuse reports to [email protected] are handled as cases with deadlines, under the acceptable use policy.
