Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It covers everything you run on Wolkra, including how your own customers and users use those services.
Not allowed
- Anything illegal, or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email, or operating open mail relays.
- Malware, phishing, botnets, command-and-control servers or hosting stolen data.
- Attacks on other systems: denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized port or vulnerability scanning, brute-force logins, or exploiting vulnerabilities without the owner's permission.
- Operating open proxies, open DNS resolvers or other services that can be abused for amplification attacks.
- Cryptocurrency mining, including mining pools and proof-of-work workloads.
- Public VPN or proxy services offered to third parties. A VPN or proxy for your own use or your organization's internal use is allowed.
- Adult content, including pornographic material, even where it is legal.
- Getting around limits, suspensions or billing, for example by creating several accounts.
- Interfering with the platform, other customers' resources, or our network.
Fair use
Servers share physical hosts and network capacity. Each server type includes a monthly traffic allowance. To keep performance fair for everyone, we may limit the bandwidth, disk throughput or CPU time of resources that cause unusually high sustained load, and we will contact you if a workload needs a different plan.
Reporting abuse
Report abuse coming from Wolkra to [email protected]. Please include the IP address, the time with time zone, and evidence such as log excerpts or email headers.
What happens when there is a problem
If we receive a credible report about your resources, we send it to you as an abuse case (a support ticket and an email) with a deadline to respond and fix the issue. Replying in the case before the deadline gives us time to review your answer.
If the deadline passes without a reply:
- The server's network is blocked: it can no longer send or receive traffic. The server keeps running, so you can use the browser console or rescue mode to find and fix the cause. The block is part of our network; firewalls, new IP addresses or network changes on the server cannot lift it, and network changes are paused meanwhile.
- New resources are paused: your account cannot create servers, IP addresses or other billable resources until the case is resolved. Deleting the server does not close the case.
Reply in the case with what you found and changed. We lift both when the case is resolved. If a case is severe or urgent, we may act before the deadline, stop the affected resources or suspend your account without advance notice. Repeated or serious violations may lead to termination.
